East Nashville Neighborhoods & Real Estate


This classic Nashville neighborhood has been revitalized with trendy businesses in the 21st century. In Inglewood, you can find vintage ranch-style houses, painted craftsman exteriors, and the pointed frames of Tudors. Lockeland Springs 

This neighborhood was originally developed as an area of stately country retreats for Nashville's wealthiest residents. The neighborhood blossomed into a streetcar suburb in the late 19th century, with historic architecture including large turn-of-the-century Victorians and charming 1920s bungalows. Historic Edgefield 

This neighborhood was the first Nashville neighborhood to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
